We all had a great time at the April 5th, 2023 luncheon at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus. The meal was great, followed up by Judy get us up and moving in the Essentrics way.

Small luncheon, great food

Recently a small lunch bunch group of NCRA retirees (7) enjoyed lunch at Authentic Thai Cuisine. They reported that the food was excellent and everyone enjoyed the friendship .

March 2023 Luncheon — Cold Break Brewery

Member enjoyed an awesome lunch and tour of Cold Break Brewing in St. Catharines. The food was beyond delicious, the beer tasty, the servers were awesome, and the Brewmaster, Laura Garzon, NC grad, was knowledgeable!

Lunch bunch returns in 2023

The lunch bunch has been revived and had a great, fun lunch at the famous Blue Star restaurant in Welland.

February 2023 Luncheon with Cyber Security

We all enjoyed Alex Hall's presentation about avoiding online scam and what Cyber-Seniors offers to all of us.
Cyber-Seniors is a non-profit organization that helps us become better acquainted with computer technology and online applications such as websites, email, banking, online registrations, etc. Using a network of tech-savvy young people serving as digital mentors, we can become more comfortable with our computers as opposed to having feelings of fear of clicking on a wrong link or button. Join us for an interesting session on how Cyber-Seniors can help us better identify online scams, remain socially connected, and reduce social isolation.
