We all had a great time at the April 5th, 2023 luncheon at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus. The meal was great, followed up by Judy get us up and moving in the Essentrics way.

March 2023 - Friends, fun and great food
Recently a small lunch bunch group of NCRA retirees (7) enjoyed lunch at Chang Noi's Authentic Thai Cuisine. They reported that the food was excellent and everyone enjoyed the friendship . Attached are photos of a couple of meals: (1) veggie pad Thai, and (2) ginger pork.
