The Canadian Food and Wine Institute: The Future of Food and Beverage Education
Since becoming Dean of the CFWI in 2014, Chef Craig has taken the college’s strong culinary programs, along with the teaching winery, teaching brewery and viticulture programs, and put them on the national and international culinary map.
In this presentation he will describe the philosophy of education at CFWI along with the Institute’s plans for the future. A graduate will join him to give their thoughts on the college and how their time with CFWI has affected their lives and career.
The cost is still $25 (a dollar more if you use PayPal), which includes a delicious lunch and all gratuities and taxes. For more information including menu choices, please see flyer. Join us for a hike along the Port Weller Spit in St. Catharines on Tuesday September 18th at 10 am. (Rain date is Thursday, September 20th at 10 am). The hike should take about 1-1/2 hours. Following the hike there is an optional lunch being planned. This flyer has all the details.
